With 12 locations, we are committed to delivering exceptional care and service. *Position Summary* TMVC is seeking a friendly and detail-oriented *Medical Office Assistant* to support front desk operations and enhance the patient experience. This role is key to ensuring smooth clinic workflow and high-quality care. *Work location* Must be willing to work out of our Surrey (Guildford) location and be available Tuesdays through Saturdays, 8:30am to 5pm. Shifts will be 4 - 8 hours in length, depending on demand. *Key Responsibilities* * Greet and register clients; manage front desk operations * Create invoices and process payments * Schedule follow-up appointments and maintain accurate records * Provide information on services and resolve client inquiries * Maintain a clean, organized clinic environment * Support nursing staff with clinic setup and flow *What You Bring* * Warm, customer-focused attitude * Strong multitasking and organizational skills * Self-motivated and eager to learn * Team-oriented with excellent communication skills * Flexible to work at other locations when needed * Intermediate to advanced computer proficiency *Qualifications* * Experience as a Medical Office Assistant or similar role preferred * Proficient in front desk operations and customer service * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment *Join Us* If you're passionate about healthcare and making a difference, apply today to be part of our dedicated team at TMVC.
