KITCHEN TEAM MEMBER / COOK* *Tiger Blues* is looking for a passionate, reliable, and hardworking *Cook* to join our kitchen team! We are a modern Korean fusion restaurant that blends traditional Korean flavors with a creative, contemporary twist. If you love cooking, enjoy working in a fast-paced kitchen, and are excited to learn and create new dishes, we?d love to hear from you! *- Job Type:* Part-time / Full-time *- Schedule:* * 3?4 shifts per week * Approximately 6 hours per shift * *Friday and Saturday availability is required* *- Work Location:* 811 Queen St W, Toronto *- What You?ll Do* * Prepare and cook dishes according to our menu and standards * Assist with food preparation and daily kitchen operations * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen * Help with stock rotation and inventory * Work closely with the kitchen team to keep up with service * Follow food safety and hygiene standards * Maintain consistency and attention to detail in every dish * Follow recipes, procedures, and kitchen standards consistently *- What We?re Looking For* * Previous professional kitchen experience preferred * Experience with Korean cuisine is an asset * Must be available to work weekends. * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment * Good knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques * Reliable, responsible, and punctual * Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills * Willingness to learn and develop new cooking skills * Strong attention to detail * Able to follow instructions carefully and consistently follow kitchen procedures and standards At Tiger Blues, we love trying new things, taking on new challenges, and creating something different.
