Your expertise in food preparation, cooking, and food safety will ensure every pizza meets our high standards and delights our guests. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your culinary skills while working in a lively, team-oriented atmosphere that values your contributions. *Duties* * Prepare pizza dough, sauces, toppings, and other ingredients with precision and care to ensure consistent quality. * Cook pizzas to perfection using various methods such as oven baking and grilling, maintaining optimal cooking times and temperatures. * Assist in food preparation for other menu items, supporting overall kitchen operations. * Follow food safety protocols diligently to handle ingredients safely and maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen. * Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service and efficient workflow during busy hours. * Maintain inventory levels of ingredients and notify management of supplies needed for smooth operation. * Uphold excellent food handling practices and ensure all dishes are prepared in accordance with health regulations. * Needs to work in Rickys kitchen & Famoso kitchen where as & when required *Experience* * Prior experience working in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred. * Demonstrated skills in food preparation, cooking, and meal assembly within a fast-paced setting. * Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques. * Experience with serving customers or working directly with guests is a plus. * Familiarity with kitchen equipment used for pizza making such as ovens, mixers, and prep stations. * Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
