Schedule: In-Office
* Guaranteed 20-29 hours per week
* Monday - Friday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM (11:00AM start time 1 day each week)
* 2 Saturdays per month: 8:45 AM - 1:15 PM (earn an additional +$5/hour for Saturdays!)
Gate City Bank is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative to support daily operations at our Devils Lake Office. This role includes customer transactions, account support, and delivering friendly, passionate service in a team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
* Create a warm, helpful experience by assisting customers with everyday banking transactions
* Build relationships by identifying ways to make banking easier and more rewarding
* Open new accounts and educate customers on products and services that fit their needs
* Balance cash drawer and maintain accuracy
* Follow all service, security, and compliance guidelines
Experience:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* 1–2 years of experience in customer service, retail, cash handling, or sales preferred
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to doing things right
* A positive, upbeat attitude and a genuine desire to help others
Compensation & Benefits:
* Pay Range: $17.50-$18.50 per hour
* Saturday Differential Pay: +$5/hr
