Schedule:
* Monday - Friday: 3:00 PM - 6:15 PM.
* Rotating Saturdays: 8:30 AM - 12:15 PM.
Pay: $18-$19 per hour
Gate City Bank is looking for a service-driven Customer Service Representative to support customers at our Jamestown Office. This part-time role focuses on day-to-day banking services, relationship building delivering an exceptional experience. How You’ll Make an Impact:
* Assist customers with routine banking transactions while providing a welcoming, professional experience.
* Support customers in opening new accounts and understanding products that fit their financial needs.
* Maintain balanced cash drawers and follow all cash-handling expectations.
* Adhere to Bank policies, security guidelines, and customer service standards.
What We’re Looking For:
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* 1-2 years of experience in customer service, retail, cash handling, or sales preferred.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Positive attitude and genuine desire to help others.
Compensation & Perks:
* Pay Range: $18-$19
* Saturday Incentive: Extra $5 for any Saturday worked!
* Consistent Hours: Guaranteed 15-19 per week scheduled for the hours of 3:00 PM - 6:15 PM Monday through Friday, and 8:30 AM-12:15 PM on Saturdays!
