JOB DESCRIPTION
The Merchandiser is responsible for providing high-quality merchandising support for Dr Pepper Snapple Group brands to retail stores within an assigned territory.
Position Information:
T
his is an entry-level merchandising position that will require reliable transportation.
You will travel within your assigned territory.
Salary Information:
The pay rate for this position is $13.00 p/hour plus mileage reimbursement
Schedule and Shift Information:
This is a part time position
The shift is approximately 9:00am to 3pm requiring some flexibility.
Must be able to work weekends, and holidays as scheduled
Territory Information:
This position requires flexibility to cover routes in the greater Naples and Marco Island, FL and surrounding areas. Routes can be subject to change.
Position Responsibilities
1. Merchandise store shelving, coolers and displays with Dr Pepper Snapple Group brands in retail stores.
2. Partner with Sales Representatives/Managers to coordinate delivery and merchandising schedule.
3. Build effective relationships with store personnel to assure superior customer satisfaction.
4. Identify incremental sales opportunities for Sales Representative to pursue.
5. Provide feedback on competitor activities and best practices.
6. Cover routes and provide sales and/or merchandising services as assigned.
7. Available to work weekends and holidays.
QUALIFICATIONS
Qualifications
• High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED)
• Lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
• Push and pull up to 100 lbs repeatedly
• Valid driver's license
