Job Description
Purpose
Provides systems analysis, design, development, testing and support on highly complex technical information system components.
Experience requirements:
* Strong hands-on experience with Oracle APEX / Forms development.
* Strong Oracle PL/SQL programming, troubleshooting, analytical and performance tuning skills.
* Experience designing, developing, testing, and supporting enterprise-level Oracle database applications.
* Excellent interpersonal skills to train/mentor/work cross-functionally within the organization
* Ability to develop scalable, secure, and maintainable business applications.
* Experience with Java development preferred.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Strong organizational and time-management skills
* Demonstrated experience in statistical analysis plan development and review

Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification
Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 6+ years’).
