Compensation & Benefits

* Shift 2 Schedule: Monday-Thursday 4:30 pm-3:00 am, overtime based on business needs
* Starting pay $18.50/hr. + 1.00 shift 2 differential
* $500 employee referral bonus

Key Responsibilities

* Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards
* Load and unload trucks and containers safely and efficiently
* Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts (if certified)
* Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards
* Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned
* Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality

Qualifications

* Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience a plus
* Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
* Basic math and organizational skills

Physical Requirements

* Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
