POSITION:
General Accountant
JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a General Accountant with 2–3 years of experience to join our growing team. If you have a strong accounting background and hands-on experience with accounting systems, we'd love to hear from you!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
* Handle journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing activities.
* Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
* Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
* Support internal and external audits by preparing schedules, reports, and required documentation.
* Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
* Coordinate with auditors and assist in resolving audit findings and recommendations.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* 2–3 years of experience in a General Accounting role.
Hands-on experience with QuickBooks and Oracle ERP systems.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and audit processes.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
