* Support change management documentation and audit / compliance readiness for the data center environment.
* Identify and document opportunities to standardize or improve recurring operational processes.
* Coordinate communication between the Data Center Operations team, vendors, and other Enterprise Technology and Systems groups.
* Support purchase order and invoice tracking for data center vendor contracts, in partnership with vendor management.
* Prepare status updates, dashboards, and reporting materials for team and leadership review.
Some of what you need:
* Post-secondary education in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

* Strong organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks and deadlines.
* Working knowledge of ITSM / ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, and task or project tracking tools such as Jira Kanban boards, for tracking incidents, changes, and tasks.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for tracking and reporting.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable coordinating between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
