Winter Car Detailer — Detroit
Stay active this winter and join the Hertz team in Detroit as a Winter Car Detailer. If you enjoy working outdoors, moving throughout your shift, and seeing the immediate results of your work, this seasonal opportunity offers a fast-paced environment where your contribution helps keep customers safely on the road.
Wage: $17.00/hour + monthly performance-based incentives
What We’re Looking For:
* Must be at least 18 years of age
* Valid driver’s license
* Ability to work the schedules needed, including nights, holidays, and weekends
* Comfortable performing hands-on work outdoors during Detroit winter conditions, including cold, wind, and snow
* Prepared to dress in warm, weather-appropriate layers and follow winter safety practices
* A dependable, team-focused approach and pride in completing quality work
What You’ll Do:
* Keep Moving Outdoors: Stay active while preparing vehicles in Detroit’s winter weather, including cold, wind, and snow
* Create a Great First Impression: Clean and detail vehicles so every customer receives a clean, ready-to-drive car
* Support Safe, Organized Operations: Transport vehicles throughout the lot and help keep parking areas organized during busy winter days
* Complete Vehicle-Readiness Checks: Ensure fuel and fluids are topped off and vehicles meet Hertz standards
* Work as One Team: Partner with coworkers to keep vehicles moving efficiently and support customers throughout the winter season
