This is an opportunity for an experienced digital transformation professional to help global organizations rethink how they operate and prepare for the future. You will assess existing business processes, organizational structures, and digital maturity to identify opportunities for improvement and transformation. Working closely with business and technology stakeholders, you will design target operating models that align organizational capabilities, governance, roles, and ways of working with strategic objectives. You will also develop digital strategies and implementation roadmaps, translating recommendations into actionable plans with measurable outcomes. The role combines strategic consulting, organizational redesign, process optimization, and stakeholder engagement. You will contribute to a global project environment where your insights and recommendations can directly influence enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
Accountabilities

Assess current business processes, organizational structures, and digital maturity to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
*
Conduct structured assessments and document key findings, root causes, and prioritized recommendations for leadership review.
*
Design target operating models (TOMs), defining organizational structures, roles, responsibilities, governance frameworks, and ways of working.
*
Develop digital strategies and transformation roadmaps aligned with business objectives and the future operating model.
*
Identify digital capabilities, technology enablers, and automation opportunities that can improve organizational performance.
*
Facilitate stakeholder interviews and collaborative working sessions to gather requirements, validate findings, and build alignment across business and technology teams.
*
Develop business cases and phased implementation plans, including milestones, dependencies, and success metrics.
*
Present assessment findings, strategic recommendations, and transformation deliverables to senior stakeholders.
*
Translate strategic objectives into practical organizational, operational, and process improvements.
REQUIREMENTS:
*
At least 5 years of experience designing and developing operating models.
*
Strong expertise in organizational redesign, particularly within global and complex organizations.
*
Proven experience designing and implementing target operating models for large-scale organizations.
*
Solid background in organizational design and effectiveness, including defining structures, roles, responsibilities, and governance models.
*
Demonstrated ability to assess, streamline, and optimize business processes.
*
Experience evaluating organizational structures, capabilities, and governance frameworks.
*
Proven ability to develop digital strategies and roadmaps and translate them into operating model and process changes.
*
Previous experience in a consulting or advisory environment, delivering assessments and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
*
Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, communication, and executive presentation skills.
*
Bachelor's degree in Business, Strategy, Operations, Organizational Redesign, or a related discipline.
