This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Promotor(a) de Merchandising – Criciúma-SC based in Brazil.

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Merchandising Promoter to strengthen product visibility and maximize sales performance across retail stores in Criciúma, Santa Catarina. In this role, you will represent well-known consumer brands directly at points of sale, ensuring products are strategically positioned, shelves are properly stocked, and promotional campaigns are effectively implemented. You will play an important role in creating attractive product displays, improving the shopping experience, and strengthening relationships with retail partners. Working independently in a field-based environment, you will monitor store performance, identify the best merchandising opportunities, and ensure brand standards are consistently maintained. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for retail execution to contribute to commercial success.

Accountabilities:

Visit assigned retail stores according to the established route and planning schedule, representing the partner's brands professionally.
Monitor product availability, shelf organization, assortment, and visibility to ensure products are properly displayed and accessible to customers.
Implement promotional campaigns and merchandising initiatives in accordance with established guidelines.
Identify and secure the best in-store locations to maximize product exposure and sales opportunities.
Create attractive product displays and optimize shelf arrangements to strengthen brand presence and encourage purchasing decisions.
Ensure the effective use and placement of point-of-sale (POS) materials and promotional resources.
Monitor merchandising execution and identify opportunities to improve product positioning and retail performance.
Build and maintain positive relationships with store managers, employees, and retail partners, becoming a trusted point of contact.
Complete all required administrative tasks, reports, and field-related activities accurately and on time.
Contribute to achieving field performance KPIs, sales targets, and annual commercial objectives.

REQUIREMENTS:

Previous experience in merchandising, retail promotion, field sales, or a similar position is preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to interact professionally with store teams and retail partners.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented, with a strong commitment to achieving established targets.
Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage store visits and daily responsibilities independently.
Basic computer skills and the ability to use digital tools for administrative tasks, reporting, and communication.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of product presentation, shelf organization, and promotional execution.
Adaptability and initiative to identify opportunities and resolve day-to-day challenges in a dynamic retail environment.
Ability to work independently while following established merchandising guidelines and commercial priorities.
Availability to work in the field and visit assigned retail locations in the Criciúma-SC area.
