OVERVIEW
Develop Capital projects and plant wide grades.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Work closely with departments to develop project budgets and timelines.
* Develop bid packages and vendor selection.
* Provide hands-on project oversite and management.
* Ensure all work meets or exceeds current safety and environmental standards.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
* 4-year degree in Mechanical Engineering.
* High level of safety awareness and proven safety record
* Industrial Mechanical Maintenance experience – minimum of 4 years
* Supervisor experience – minimum 2 years
* Troubleshooting and problem solving (Root Cause Analysis) skills
* Well organizational, with strong leadership and communication skills
* Self-motivated, goal oriented
Preferred
* Preventative / predictive maintenance experience
* Piping engineering and installation experience
* General understanding of industrial electrical and infrastructure.
