OVERVIEW
Annual Salary - 100k+
This position is responsible for electrical and mechanical maintenance in the Melting department. Schedule is swing shift 6-6, 4 on 4 off.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Cover maintenance vacations
* Work with chemicals that require full face respirator or SCBA
* Perform preventative maintenance, project work and installation of new equipment
* Welding and fabrication as needed
* Monitor and ensure safe work practices
* Maintain complete and accurate maintenance documentation
* Perform all other tasks assigned by leadership
QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
* Excellent safety record, strong communication skills, self-motivated and ability to work with others
* Previous industrial maintenance experience
* Strong electrical / mechanical aptitude
* Ability to pass FIT test for full face respirator and SCBA
Preferred:
* Electrical experience
* PLC knowledge
* Welding and fabrication experience
* Formal electrical or automation training
* Basic knowledge of Hydraulic and Pneumatic systems
