Dal-Tile is currently seeking an intermediate-level Material Handler to join our TEAM! As a material handler, we need someone experienced in stocking, checking, wrapping, loading, and unloading materials.
Shift: 3rd Shift
* Monday- Friday
* 9:00PM-5:30AM
Primary Objective:
Operates various powered industrial trucks to pick customer orders and conveys orders to the packing station or the shipping area.
Major Function and Scope:
* Performs a variety of warehouse duties such as pulling/assembling customer orders, checking outbound orders for accuracy/completeness, inventory stock checks, restocking and labeling vendor products, maintaining displays (tools, caulk, etc.), moving, storing, and replenishing materials, and conducting daily cycle counts.
* Performs receiving duties such as receiving and unloading inbound material, processing inbound shipments, stocking material, processing customer returns, and notifying management of damaged shipments for freight claims.
* Operates forklift equipment.
* Maintains a clean and organized facility by sweeping, trash removal, restroom and general office maintenance, etc.
* Maintains a safe working environment by obeying all safety rules as outlined in the Safety Program and by reporting all accidents, unsafe conditions, and acts to Management.
* Performs other related duties as required.
Experience and Knowledge Required:
* High School diploma or equivalent experience; Certified Sit-Down Forklift Operator.
* 1 or more years of previous distribution/warehouse experience.
* Must have a minimum of 6 months of previous stand-up forklift , sit down forklift and order picker equipment experience. No experience required for pallet jack.

* Ability to understand and speak basic English.
* Ability to work safely and conscientiously.
* Must be Dal-Tile certified to operate powered industrial trucks
