Assistant Deputy Minister and Chief Investment Officer

Assistant Deputy Ministers (ADMs) are senior executive leaders who play a key role in the success of Government of Saskatchewan ministries. As members of a ministry's executive team, they support the Deputy Minister by providing strategic advice, shaping policy, and leading the development and implementation of government priorities, policies, and strategies. ADMs share responsibility for strategic planning and advancing cross-government collaboration to achieve ministry and government objectives. They lead and oversee ministry divisions, providing strategic direction for people, programs, and resources while coaching and developing management teams to build organizational capacity, achieve goals, and deliver effective results to support Saskatchewan's Growth Plan.
