The job holder shall lead and oversee the Finance and Accounting functions of the Africa Offshore business units under DPW Maritime Solutions, ensuring effective financial management, governance, compliance and alignment with the Company's strategic and operational objectives. The role is responsible for driving financial performance, cost optimisation, cash flow and working capital management, financial planning and reporting, while providing strategic financial guidance to business and operational stakeholders. In addition, the role provides support in managing special corporate projects, evaluating commercial opportunities and implementing financial initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and business performance.
